The Weather is Still Cold Outside

As it is still cold outside most people are still staying indoors using their fitness equipment.  As the equipment is more than likely getting more use this winter as a result of the weather we have had, you need to make sure that you are maintaining your treadmills and other equipment.   We would be glad to come and perform a spring tune-up for you.  Most failures occur as a result of failure to complete periodic maintenance which can lead to multiple failures.   Just as with any machine, parts need to be lubricated and replaced as needed. We repair and maintain all types of exercise equipment.  We are insured and are registered with the states of IL and IN to legally conduct business.
