Safety of Your Fitness Equipment

The safety of your fitness equipment needs to be checked on a frequent basis.  You need to make sure that all the hardware (nuts, bolts, screws, etc.) are secure and properly tightened.  You also need to check the moving parts of the equipment for wear.  I recently inspected multiple rowing machines that from outward appearances looked perfectly fine, but after doing a thorough inspection I found that the shock cords were severely worn which could have lead to someone being injured.  If you are not familiar with what to look for, please call a professional to inspect and maintain your equipment.
